Our pricing is transparent and available online. We offer customizable packages with premium features and 15% off all bookings made before June 30th. No hidden fees, what you see is what you get!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by confirming your event date, location, and desired package. From there, we personalize your experience with custom templates, welcome screens, and photo layouts. Once booked, we stay in touch and ensure everything runs smoothly on event day.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our team is trained in professional event setup, DSLR camera handling, and modern booth software. We’ve also trained our team in perfecting the customer experience to ensure every detail is handled professionally and seamlessly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Pic A Pic Booth started from a love of hosting events and capturing meaningful moments. After planning a few celebrations of our own and attending many, we noticed how much guests loved photo booths but we also saw a need for a more modern, high-end experience. That inspired us to create a booth that’s stylish, fun, and memorable with a personal touch in every detail.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We’ve worked with many different types of events including weddings, parties, birthdays, graduations, corporate events, baby showers, schools, and nonprofits across Tampa, Brandon, and Riverview. Whether it's an intimate wedding or a large conference, we tailor our booth to your crowd.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently set up at an event for a non profit in Palmetto. The set up included the Classic Photo Booth with prints and a 360 Booth. We designed a custom template and interactive welcome screen to match the event’s disco theme. Guests loved the experience. The smiles lasted all night.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask what’s included! Some booths charge extra for features like props, backdrops, or digital galleries. Look for a provider who values quality, from the equipment to the service and who treats your event like it’s their own. Our packages include props, backdrops, digital galleries and or prints.

Consider your event size, venue space, and what kind of experience you want for your guests. Do you want printed photos? A custom design? Digital sharing? Knowing your must-haves helps us create the perfect package for your celebration.
