What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

You choose what services and add-ons work best for your event! We allow clients to build their own package! We offer several different Photo Booth options: 1. Digital Photo Booth with Attendant $399 An attendant sets up for your event, stays to help guide your guest during their Photo Booth Experience and takes down the equipment after your event. This booth is your go to for any type of event. Offering amazing Photo Quality and Instant Sharing Capabilities for your guest. You will also receive a gallery link to view all of your photos from the event. 2. Drop off Digital Photo Booth $299 (We come set up for event and take down after your event, as well as immediate access to our owner for any questions or support needed during event) This booth is your go to for any type of event. Offering amazing Photo Quality and Instant Sharing Capabilities for your guest. You will also receive a gallery link to view all of your photos from the event. 3. DSLR Digital Mirror Photo Booth $499 This booth is top of the line offering a magical mirror experience, with a 16 inch touch screen and professional camera. Quality and Instant Sharing Capabilities for your guest. You will also receive a gallery link to view all of your photos from the event. Add on Options: 1.Backdrop $100 We have several backdrop designs to choose from! Backdrops are always a good way to enhance your photos! 2. Custom Photo Template $50 This add-on gives you the ability to have your own customized photo template to match your event theme. Once your guest take their photos, they will automatically be placed in the template that is customized specifically for your event and is then available to share instantly. 3. Props and a prop table $50 We offer a 6 foot table with a fitted tablecloth. This table is filled with props that match your events theme, whether it is a wedding, graduation, birthday party, etc.. photo props always bring the smiles out in your guest. They are so much fun! 4. GIF and Boomerang Features $30 Wow your guest with the option to turn their photos into a GIF or boomerang! 5. AI Experience $50 Green screen/AI backdrop. You choose where you would like guest to appear to be in their photos! Anywhere from the middle of a Tropical Paradise to right up and close with your favorite Marvel Characters! 6. Video Guestbook $50 Capture heartfelt moments in motion! Our Video Guest Book lets guests record personal, fun, and meaningful video messages for the guests of honor—perfect for weddings, birthdays, and special celebrations. It’s an interactive and modern twist on the traditional guest book, giving you priceless memories you can replay for years to come. 7. 6 Gold Stanchions $75 Add instant elegance and crowd control to your event! Our set of six polished gold stanchions with rich red velvet ropes creates a VIP look that’s perfect for photo booths, red carpet entrances, or guiding guests with style. 8. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When you inquire about a service, you will receive a prompt response. We are happy to talk over the phone and answer any questions! Our website has a form that is available to fill out. This helps us gather the information about your event, so that we can give you accurate information regarding your booking date. Once you have secured your date, you will be given access to a client portal. This is where we have all of the details for your event in one place. We go over photo template layouts and all other details of your event within your client portal. You are able to email me directly, upload any inspiration, pictures, design ideas, etc., for your event within the client portal.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

At KB Photo Booths, we offer 12 years of experience and knowledge in the customer service and event space. The owner is a graduate of Athens State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and a Minor and Marketing. With the combined work experience and education, we are confident that we can deliver a great service, a personable experience, great customer service, and memories to last a lifetime.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have always worked in the customer service and event industry, Photo Booths are an exciting addition! We wanted to offer something to our clients that would help their guests have a visual and lifelong memory of that special day.

We have worked with individuals, Event Planners, Event Coordinators, HR Directors, Administrative Assistants, Event Venues, Business Owners and many other's.

Our set up typically takes 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on all of the services offered.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As someone who has worked in the event industry, I would suggest looking for a provider with great reviews and photos that show their work. You want someone who is going to be dedicated to making sure your event is their top priority.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before you talk to someone about your project, be sure that you have an idea of what you want your event to look like. You don’t have to know every detail, but it helps if you can give them your vision and let them help you turn it into reality. Have a list of questions or concerns ahead of time, that way when you speak to a provider you are able to have those questions answered to make the process flow smoother. I would also suggest to have your budget in mind and be sure to consider that before reaching out to a provider.
