Introduction

Corporate holiday events, weddings, cocktail hours, public speaking, meetings, office gatherings, or just a house party BBQ. This magic happens face to face. Where you're as close to the magic as I am! This is the best way to meet and entertain all your guests on a personal level. My goal in life is to make people smile and forget about the world for a while. As a public speaker and instructor, I understand the importance of keeping the attention of a captive audience. I also offer my public speaking skills with a magical blend set to amaze and get the point across in a magical manner. This magic happens face to face. Add wonderful memories and moments of wonder to your next event. Instill the whimsy back into people's lives. Magic is not just for children. I know that in some cases, adults need it more than children. There's a little 'something' in magic for everyone.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
The prices are negotiable within reason. Also, events that are a greater distance than (*75 miles or more) are subject to a higher fee to cover additional travel expenses. If a flight or train is needed to your event, there will be custom pricing per event.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
There are a few simple things that we need to know before proceeding with new clients; -The time & date of the event. -Number of guest. -The age range of the guest. -How much of a notice is provided. -Please know that the entertainment I provide is strolling/mingling magic and gambling demonstrations with cards and dice.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been working in this craft for over 20 years. Studying from book, other seasoned and celebrated professionals. I practice my craft religiously every night while collaborating with others from all over the glob. My character and nerves have been tested by professional cardsharps, magicians and other multiple types of events (Political events, celebrities, lawyers, doctors, event planners and numerous others).

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Family time with my parents was sitting on the bed for hours playing cards. I learned at a young age how to do complex shuffles, cuts, and deals. I was about 5 or 6 at the time. I started to teach myself techniques on how to cheat (playfully). I had a serious talent at a very young age I wouldn't discover until I was in my mid teens. I was shown a the disappearing napkin trick as a teenager. I would not stop bothering the person until they showed me. I was unaware that I already had a background from my cards. I learned there was a society of card cheats like me. Over time, I dedicated myself to the craft. Combining my newfound love with people skills, wanting to make the world better on a personal level, I became who I am today.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Corporate events, law firms, public speaking, event planners, politicians, celebrities, wedding events, night clubs, rooftop parties, restaurants, birthday party events, house parties and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
This is a more recent event. I received a voicemail one morning about an event taking place latter in the day. I was notified that some political figures and other VIP's would be in attendance. It took place at a ballroom in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The logistics behind getting this pulled off was professional on both sides of the coin. With only minutes to prepare and start my travels to Atlantic City everything went perfect with no issues. My suites are always prepped. Cases of various effects on standby contributed to a successful night. Within minutes after the phone call I was out the door and ready to entertain. Being prepared, punctual, professional and adaptable is key and essential to success in this industry. This event was a perfect example.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Communication is key. If I do not answer my phone, I will see an email. I check my emails about every 15 minutes. My social media accounts are also a good form on communication. Have the following information will also expedite the process; Time and date of the event, number of guest, age range of the guest.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Know the types of disciplines (types of magic) that are available and what is best for your event. Have the following information will also expedite the process; Time and date of the event, number of guest, age range of the guest.
