Yes our pricing system is standard and systematic, but we offer a variety of services and try to be as flexible as possible, especially when clients are seeking to combine packages.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Building a relationship, getting to know our clients is very important to the entire process and plays a key role in delivering what our client wants and expects. providing samples, explanations, and interacting are also helpful to allow our clients to get to know us and what we do. The next step after establishing a relationship and defined lines and expectations, is to go out and deliver exactly what has been agreed. We sometimes have last minute changes and requests from our clients, once these are reasonable requests we will make the necessary adjustments where possible. Flexibility is one of our strengths.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All genders, races, sexual orientations are welcome, We also work with Low and Large budget customers. We tend not to let the budget affect our service, so if a client selects one of our basic packages they still receive our full attention and the same high quality customer service and product. We remain committed to Quality service regardless.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Ahh, a tough task to single out just one; We love all our projects and events because we truly love what we do. Whether we are keeping the party rolling with one of our photo booths, or creating/preserving beautiful memories through or photo /video services, there is always a smile on our faces. we are most proud when our clients put their stamp of approval on the finished product. When that approval is followed by showers of compliments and thanks, it doesn't make us feel more special than anyone else, it simply means we did our job well, and had fun doing it.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Definitely, look at their work and be satisfied the quality is what you are looking for. Give them a call, and talk with the vendor for a few minutes. Make sure you are comfortable working with the service provider before you commit. Take a look at a few reviews on their page as well, and if they are listed on multiple sites look at a second site. Stay within your budget if you can. While you want the best for your event you don't want to end up with an uncomfortable bill at the end of the celebration, so make known what you are comfortable spending, and work with the potential provider to bring your final cost as close to that figure as possible.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Can they truly provide what i am looking for? Are they trustworthy? Can you afford their service? Are there additional fees etc. apart from the quoted prices?
