We are a small and personal company. We want to stay focused on each customer and not make them just another one in the book. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I do have some standard pricing but every event is a little different and some other things may come into consideration depending on location and the time I have to prepare in advance.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to give a quick background of myself to let the customer know what kind of person I am and who would be working the event. I make sure I get an idea of the expectations and make sure I can have, and do the requested before we move forward. I like to encourage any questions they may have so I can help answer in advance.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I take time to play with templates and make sure how and if I can create things a certain way so I know what I can offer. When updates to my program come out, I take the time to learn those features as soon as I can to get those up and running!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love it! I have always been the one to jump in a booth first and capture a good time out with friends... so I always wanted to start a business and see others enjoy having just as much fun! I see everyone's personality come out and I love watching everyone laugh and have a great time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have done all sorts of events such as weddings, grad parties, birthdays, sweet 16's, themed parties, farewell parties, proms & other school dances or events... and more! There really is no limit to where you want to put a booth!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you ask questions if you are looking for something specific and be sure you have an answer you are looking for before booking. Some booths do different things, and not all customers know that. Don't assume they all do the same thing, but never hurts to ask!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many hours do they want? Open or Enclosed booth? Are there stairs at venue to bring booth in?
