What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our standard pricing includes Unlimited Photos session, free delivery, setup & breakdown, choice of single 4"x6" print or Double 2"x6" strips quality photos, easy social media sharing, fun props, Professional & Friendly On-Site Attendant and Unlimited fun. And also, we will create a (1) one minute slideshow to post on social media. We often run special promotions so please don’t hesitate to ask about any specials at your time of booking.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Customer service is key for our clients. We cater to our clients needs and encourage their input of designs and the look of their event. We Craft a proposal based on the needs. We Follow-up throughout the process. We make sure wile confirm a couple days before the job and arrive early to begin set-up. We Provide excellent service and pack-up in a timely manner.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in the Photography, Videography and design industry for over 10 years. We spend a lot of time keeping up to date with technology and trends. We also attend conferences such as WPPI, Photobooth Expo, NAB etc. throughout the year to stay current on the latest photo booth techniques, styles, entertainment and innovations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We did a lot of research before finally making a decision to purchase this booth.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. We don’t discriminate. We have worked with several customers for weddings, birthdays, holiday parties, proms, graduations, corporate events, conferences, trade shows, making an investment on Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, school and family reunions, grand openings, and more. We have also worked with other vendors. One of the wonderful things about owning a Photobooth is that guest always have fun.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had the pleasure of working a special event that includes people from different age groups. It’s very interesting to see the interactions from clients young and old during an event. Photo-booths show how well an event can be enhanced with just a bit of fun.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure to hire a photo booth company who is passionate about his/her work. Comfort says everything, if you can express your ideas for the photobooth’s contribution to your event without issue then you’ve made a great choice. Hiring the right person who is friendly to your guest will make all the difference. This will make your event most memorable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

A customer should consider the event they wish to add the booth to. They will have to decide design, backdrop options and what size of print they would like to provide their guest with (usually 2x6 strip or 4x6 prints). It might seem very simple, but the size and quality impacts how fast your guests receive. One should also consider having social media integration and touchscreen equipment. Guest love their prints emailed so they can post on social media. Consider creating a Hashtag so as guest can post using your Hashtag. Its makes it easy if you want to search on social media. All these factors create a better experience for your guests.
