We understand that every event is just as unique as the client, and we are determined to make your event a reflection of you, all while staying within your budget. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are very competitive and we offer discounts if you package 2 or more of our services together.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We speak directly with each customer to find out exactly what they are looking for. Good Vibrations has an online database and planning site for every single one of our clients. Upon booking, our clients are granted a username and password, where they can log on to our online song database, create playlists, create an event timeline, and more.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our workers are interviewed, screened and given on-site training to ensure they are prepared to go "solo".

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Owners Vinny and Lisa Colbert have always shared a love for music. Vinny started DJing back in the late 1980s to make some extra cash, but absolutely loved getting to be a part of so many different types of events. He and Lisa started Good Vibrations in 1987, and the rest is history!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of our repeat clients had their annual Holiday party where we sent a DJ/MC, our 360 video booth, and 8 casino tables with dealers. It was great to watch everyone on the dance floor, while others enjoyed the 360 booth, and others swarmed to the casino tables to "gamble" with their fake money to win prizes!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure that your entertainment providers can read a crowd. Anyone can turn on a song, but it takes someone with sophisticated music knowledge to be able to understand what the specific people at any event will want to dance to.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many hours you will need the services; will their be electricity nearby for their equipment; is their wifi available at their venue (so important in today's world!)
