What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

High quality and fairly priced.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we set up a phone call to assess your initial needs. Then we establish if this is a good fit. Then we set up time, date and venue. Once the deposit is collected, your event date is locked in. After that, all you have to do is sit back, relax and know your needs are taken care of.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have trained under one of the lead consultants for Americas got talent. Been performing magic for 26 years and putting smiles on peoples faces all over Michigan. Customer service expert.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

At an early age my grandfather taught me how to trade secrets in magic. The magicians embraced me and took me under their wing.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Toddlers, teens and seniors. When it comes to magic no one is exempt from having fun. I do not perform for children only, like some magicians. However if it is children that you want entertained, I will do it at the highest degree.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have recently grown my tiktok page from 1,500 to over 12,000 followers in just three weeks. Still a work in progress, but I am happy to have so many active fans.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

To base your decision on emotion and not price. Ask questions and make sure that person is friendly and professional.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The outcome, type of magic they are expecting, e.g. stage show or walk around magic. Audience type, venue and theme of the show.
