What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Hi! 👋 Thanks for reaching out to L&S Entertainment! ✨ 360 Photobooth – $375 (3 hrs) ✨ Selfie Glam Booth – $350 (3 hrs, no prints) ✨ LiSa Trailer Booth – $800 (3 hrs, includes unlimited prints) All packages include props, custom overlay, instant sharing & on-site attendant. Popular add-ons: 🖼️ Unlimited prints (for glam booth) 📸 Guestbook album 🎥 Live TV projection (for 360) 🎤 Audio/Video guestbook 🌸 Premium backdrops 25% off on combine services

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

📋 Booking Process with L&S Entertainment: Choose your desired service, date, and location. We’ll send you a customized contract for review and signature. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 1 day before the event. If your venue requires it, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) upon request. Once booked, we’ll gather details for your custom overlay and stay in touch up to the event date.

With over years of experience in the event entertainment industry, L&S Entertainment has been part of hundreds of celebrations across North Carolina — from elegant weddings and quinceañeras to fun festivals and corporate events. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, personalized service every time.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

To get your booking started, I just need a few details: the event date and time, type of event (such as a wedding, quinceañera, or corporate event), the event location, and whether it will be indoors or outdoors. Please let me know which booth you’re interested in (360 Booth, Selfie Glam Booth, or our LiSa Trailer) and if you’d like to include any add-ons like prints, a guestbook, or a custom backdrop. I’ll also need your preferred theme or colors for the overlay, as well as your full name, ************, and *****. Lastly, please let me know if your venue requires a Certificate of Insurance. Once I have this information, I can send over your custom quote and contract.
