We try to be as clear and transparent about pricing as we can be when discussing quotes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Let’s chat! Love it when clients know what they want but allow us to guide them on how to get it. Having as many details as possible really helps us do that.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Balloon class here, balloon convention there, and lotssss of practice!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My sister became pregnant in 2016 and I wanted balloons for her baby shower… the rest is history!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Families, businesses, corporate events, and much more!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We love all our events! Being able to bring a client’s vision into reality is great but putting our unique spin on it is where the magic happens!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It’s important to understand the value of decorating, with balloons or any other medium. We work hard to do what we do and we really appreciate when clients show knowledge of that.
