What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

NO EXTRA FEES! All fees are a flat rate that covers everything from travel to the performance itself. No surprises! Just message me with a few more details and we'll discuss how we can work together to go above and beyond for every guest.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

FAST AND EASY BOOKING PROCESS! All you need to do is send me your email and phone number, and I can put together a totally free entertainment plan for you. We'll walk through exactly how I can help you host the best event ever! Once you decide to book me, I'll send you an agreement and a link to pay a performance retainer fee to lock in the date. It's that easy!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with audiences of all types and sizes—from Fortune 500 company gala events to intimate house parties. It doesn't matter where you fall in this range. Everyone gets the same world-class experience. I work hard to create lasting connections with my audiences. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

It's important to understand that not all magic shows are created equal. Magic is very much an industry where the quality you receive correlates to the price you pay. Everyone has to start somewhere, and there is absolutely the potential to find an amateur magician that suits your budget and will provide an excellent experience. However, there are also hobbyists that will undercut the market simply to make a few quick extra bucks. These magicians do not put in the same amount of work and effort needed to perfect their craft. So, it pains me when I'm on the phone with a potential client and learn they are hesitant to book a magician because of how much of a disaster the last magician was. The common thread in all those cases was that their event needed a professional, but they hired an amateur. I pride myself on not only being an extremely passionate professional but also a friendly and trustworthy person that will do whatever he can to make your entire experience as best as it possibly can be.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

You'll want to make sure you ask yourself if your event really needs a professional or not. As many people have never booked a magician, I like to share this example that helps put things in perspective: If you're having a last-minute house party with a few friends, you probably aren't going to hire a DJ. You'll just hook up your phone to a speaker and put a playlist on. But, if you need to impress a room full of clients or are celebrating a major milestone, you're going to want to pull out all the stops. In these cases, you'd often hire a DJ or band. A similar ideology can be applied to choosing between hiring an amateur or professional magician.
