What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We understand you have so much planning to take care of for an event, so we make booking SnapSeat easy. We'll find out more from you about your event, and then provide a complete service package that will satisfy your photography needs. We always include tax and never have hidden fees. We have a simple, online based contract and payment system for all our clients. We communicate and confirm all the details throughout the process. We'll then design photo layouts to your specifications, and contact the venue for load-in details and we provide our own wifi hotspot for our Social Media Kiosk. We'll be at the venue 1.5 hours prior to your event ready to setup - it's that easy!

Our passion for photo booths started with a lifelong love of photography & the desire to create portraits at events. We work with events from Weddings, Proms, Corporate Events, Conferences, Trade Shows, Sweet 16 parties, Holiday Parties, Reunions, Product Launch Parties, Business Meetings, Quinceaneras, Bar & Bat Mitvahs - you name it, we can provide a photo booth! We are experts at Weddings because of service quality and style, and Corporate Events, because we have a professional photo booth services with equipment capable of handling large numbers of guests. Our largest event is the PGA Honda Classic with event attendance of 200,000 people for 4 days.

We think that quality matters. Great quality photos, fast prints for your guests, social media integration, touchscreen operated equipment, nice lighting, quality backdrops. All these factors create a entertaining experience for your guests, and help create those memories that will last for years to come.
