I’ve been working in the music industry as a performer for about 5 years, and previous to that, I was playing, consuming, and learning music from around the age of four. I have played nationwide in all kinds of venues from bars and restaurants, to weddings and other private events, to Nashville TN, and even onto the stage of NBC’s The Voice. I am able to play a wide variety of music from oldies, country, pop, and even piano music. I’m currently booking weddings and private events for this year, and I would love to work with you. Hi, I’m Benjamin Lamping — a 19-year-old musician based in Southern Indiana. I’ve been playing guitar for 5 years and singing since I can remember. I specialize in country, folk, and Americana music, bringing heartfelt vocals and a down-to-earth sound to every performance. Whether you’re looking for live music for a private event, local venue, or special gathering, I’m here to help create the perfect atmosphere.

When I was a kid in the fourth grade, I saw an assembly program at my school that featured a magician. From that moment on, I was hooked. Today, I am a professional magician with 30 years of performing experience under my belt. I love what I do and I think it shows in my shows! I am available for just about any type of function or event : schools, libraries, churches, wedding receptions, anniversaries, summer camps, holiday functions, bar mitzvahs, and of course childrens' birthday parties. My specialties are both stage magic and close-up magic. With close-up magic, I can do strolling and table-hopping in addition to stage work.
