Introduction

*Hello! I teach anywhere remotely via FaceTime/zoom, and am available in person in Austin Texas* I have 17 years experience playing, a music degree, and love to teach as much as I like to play! I specialize in guitar/bass and 5-string banjo. I’ve performed on major US festival stages, and on the radio. I like to learn through music the student is excited about, and tailor the lesson style to each student. As a student of the science of learning, I know how the brain learns most efficiently and how to make skills stick! As an audio engineer, producer, and session musician, I’ve worked and trained in both top tier studios and smaller project spaces, and have a have strong knowledge/experience base in production.
