What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do have our basic pricing especially with wedding packages we do have three main packages but its important to remember that not every event nor everyone are the same. Prices will vary depending upon what all you need or dont need us to do. We feel we are very fair with pricing and absolutely will work within your budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Each type of event is a little different, but basically they will all start out with meeting with you and discussing exactly what it is you are wanting to do and most importantly what you DON'T want. Once we have an idea of what you are trying to accomplish we will discuss budget so that we know exactly what we are dealing with when trying to find vendors and venues. From there its easy..we do all the dirty work while you relax. We are very very good at keeping our customers in the loop throughout the entire process from beginning to end

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Before we took this on as a business, both myself and my husband worked in the corporate world. We have over 40 years combined experience in Project Management and Staff Management and both of us with very large corporations. We have the experience and the knowledge of how to handle stressful situations and difficult people.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started in this line of work years ago to be honest. I was always creating and decorating parties for Anniversaries, Weddings, Birthdays, engagements, etc.. As time went on these parties became more and more extravagant not to mention expensive. The more I did the more I wanted to do this as a true business and thus a few years later here we are.....

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Backyard wedding celebration with reception inside home. This was actually a rush job and we pulled it off with only 8 days notice. Wild Ride, but was so much fun and the family was so appreciative and nice to work with

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

One piece of advice and one we tell EVERYONE is if you are having a large event of some sort and Aunty Jenny or Uncle Joe says they have a friend that can do something for you....RUN!!!! Believe me this happens and its not good. Hire a professional whether its a planner, dj, catering or whatever....hire a Professional and get the job done right.
