What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is all-inclusive, covering set up, take down, prints, template creation, text/email sharing, and props. With a flat rate, you don't have to worry about any additional costs on weekends. However, printing is not included in our digital-only booth, which starts at $399.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once you hire us, we will send you a straightforward onboarding form and invoice. The onboarding form allows us to collect all the necessary details to commence the event designing process. Our goal is to make the booking process with us as effortless as possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelors in Graphic design (a skill used to creat amazing templates)

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

It's hard to pick just one client as all of our clients have unique creative visions and needs for their events. However, we have had a fantastic experience working with some of our corporate partners over the past few years to bring multi-day event experiences to life. It's been a pleasure collaborating with these organizations to design and execute events that exceed expectations and leave a lasting impression on attendees. We are grateful for the opportunity to work with such amazing partners and look forward to continuing to create more unforgettable event experiences.
