What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Call for details. We offer a ceremony package that includes an introduction virtual meeting, pre-ceremony rehearsal, and wedding ceremony. The starting base price is $300. The base price can increase based on the ceremony length and travel distance. We offer military discounts for active-duty personnel and veterans. Deposits are accepted via Zelle, Apple Pay, or by credit/debit card. Please call for pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Intro virtual meeting for the couple (45 mins – 1 hour). (Intake questionnaire will be emailed prior to the meeting. 2. Signing of the Agreement (officiant & couple) and payment of the deposit. 3. Pre-ceremony virtual meeting (30 – 45 minutes). 4. Attend ceremony rehearsal 5. Payment of invoice balance 6. Officiate Ceremony 7. Sign and File marriage certificate.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My specialization in seminary was Pastoral Care and Counseling. Providing pastoral care to individuals and couples has always been a passion for me. And, I discovered a profound love for the role of officiating when I served at a mega ministry with over 20,0000 members.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Military personnel, Fellow congregants, married couples, and unmarried couples. NOTE: My faith and spiritual beliefs prevent me from performing same-sex ceremonies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

My most recent experience was with a couple who was together for 15 months, planned the wedding, received premarital counseling and decided to change the date, 2 weeks before the wedding. Six months later, it was the most beautiful experience that anyone could have imagined. Find an officiant who is flexible and accommodating to your individual, unique needs and cares about creating precious lasting memories on your wedding day!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

1. Find an officiant that "fits" with your expectations. 2. Can the officiant understand your unique needs (i.e., cultural expectations)? 3. Ensure that you are comfortable with the response time. 4. Look for an officiant whose price point is within your budget.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
