What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The cost of my services can run from $100 to $300 depending on several things. where the wedding is being held, how far from my home the location of the wedding, whether there is a rehearsal involved things such as that.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Normally a conversation happens with the couple so see if they and I feel I am a good fit for them. Once it is determined I am the right person then ideas are exchanged for what they want in the ceremony. If they would like I send sample scripts for they to see if they would like to use one I have or perhaps they have one of their own they want to use.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Masters of Theology from Fuller Seminary.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

The first wedding I officiated was a friends wedding. I enjoyed it so much I have continued performing now for 15 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with people of faith in different religions. I have worked with many who were not religious at all. I am comfortable doing either. Everyone has the right to CELEBRATE their love in their own way. I am just a tool for them. It isn't about me at all! Joining two people together into one family is a joy for them as well as myself.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Interview a few professionals and find one that you are comfortable with. You want one that is able to relate to you and your guests.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What type of ceremony they would like such a traditional or modern ceremony. Or even a themed wedding is in order.
