What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Mobile Notaries have a lot of overhead costs including vehicle maintenance, fuel, banking fees, insurance, office supplies and a lot more. Through this platform we are charged at least $9-10 per lead regardless if we are hired or not. Mobile notaries provide a valuable service to those who need the convenience of a house call for their important documents. I am always willing to work with you to get you a fair price and give you the very best service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I typically ask for details about the type of document need notarized and how many of my signatures are required. Then we schedule a time for me to arrive and take care of you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

13 years of customer service and business experience. I am commissioned through the State of Arizona. I am licensed, insured and bonded.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I decided I wanted to work for myself and help people at the same time.

I work with anyone who needs a notary!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I love doing estate planning documents. An appointment typically takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour depending on the amount of documents requiring notarization.
