A simple elopement will cost less than a fully personalized wedding with multiple planning meetings and custom writing. What’s important to know is that with me, you’re not just paying for someone to show up and speak—you’re investing in a thoughtful, meaningful experience tailored to your love story. I’m always transparent about pricing up front, and I’m happy to work with couples to find an option that fits their needs and budget.

When I work with a new couple, it all starts with a conversation. I like to schedule a consultation—either in person or virtually—where we talk about your love story, your ceremony vision, and any ideas or traditions you’d like to include. From there, I start crafting a personalized ceremony script and check in along the way to make sure it feels just right. I also help with vow guidance, ceremony structure, and handling any license details if needed. On the big day, I show up early, calm the nerves, and deliver a heartfelt ceremony that feels authentic to you both.

One recent ceremony was a backyard wedding for a couple who had been together for a while. They wanted something personal, relaxed, and family-centered. We worked together over a few days to craft a ceremony that reflected their journey—full of humor, honesty, and love. From our first conversation to the big day, the whole process took about a week, and it was such a joy to watch it all come together.

My biggest piece of advice is to find someone who really gets you—someone who takes the time to understand your relationship, your values, and your vision for the day. Your officiant sets the tone for your entire ceremony, so personality and connection matter just as much as experience.
