What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We've designed our services around Elopements and Micro-Weddings, with the goal of creating affordable opportunities for our clients to celebrate beautiful events at not a big cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When we have a call with a client we review our services in detail and the send a follow-up proposal outlining all of our services covered for their special day. From there, once they sign on with us, we work closely with them to plan and/or coordinate all aspects of their event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been working in events for over 12 years. We've produced over 300 events, with over 200 of those being Weddings and Elopements. We also do all other types of lifestyle events and milestones.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started producing specialty sponsored events at music festivals as far back as 2008. From there, several of our clients loved our work and asked us to produce their weddings. We loved working their special days for them, and from there our Wedding Business was born. We've since done over 200 weddings!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with customers of every walk of life. Celebrating your nuptials is a beautiful, special moment, and we work with every style and budget to create dream wedding days for our clients.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently planned and officiated a small Micro-Wedding for a client here in Los Angeles. They had to shift their preliminary wedding goals and downsize dramatically due to current world affairs. The 40 guests they did have were having a wonderful time together. They made every moment of the day special for the couple. During their ceremony, the couple read each other the most beautiful vows, it was hard to keep a dry eye and officiate at the same time, but we loved it!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Carefully review services and proposals from the person you speak with. Make sure you take time to chat with them on the phone to get a feel for their energy and excitement to help with your special day. Low pricing is a key element, but you also want to make sure the person feels like a good personality fit as well.
