Introduction

Call me a romantic, but I believe in the spirit of love and the hope it represents. I discovered what a rewarding and beautiful experience it is to help couples plan one of the greatest moments of their lives and more of an opportunity to experience that kind of joy and promise over and over again. It's wonderful to be part of such a special moment in time.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is fair for the amount of work and hours I dedicate to my couples. I am available to them from start to finish.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I start with a consultation to learn about the couple's wedding date and the type of wedding they envision. During this meeting, we discuss available options and what is needed to hire my services. Once the couple decides to commit, I will send them a contract and questionnaire. This questionnaire will request information about how they met, what they appreciate and love about each other and more. This information allows me to personally write their love story.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a member of Jpus.com and have received training in inclusiveness and respect for diversity. Additionally, I am knowledgeable about the legal aspects of marriage, including licenses, filing processes, and the marriage laws in Connecticut. As a justice of the peace and an ordained minister through the American Marriage Ministry, I have extensive experience conducting marriages in Connecticut. I hold an ordination certification and a letter of good standing, as well as a license to serve as a Justice of the Peace.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I originally started as an event planner fifteen years ago, and a small business owner in the event industry. I was appointed as a justice of the peace in my hometown and became involved in local politics. When I was asked to officiate a family member's wedding, I fell in love with the experience and the fulfillment it brought me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with numerous couples of all races, religions, and diverse backgrounds. It's been wonderful to be a part of a couple's new beginning.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
It's important to ask questions to ensure you find a good fit, and that they can deliver what you need. Not all personalities will mesh, but I strive to be transparent and knowledgeable in my field at all times to provide the best services possible.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Be clear about the type of ceremony you desire, the messages you want conveyed, the rituals to include, and your expectations for our special day. Share this information with your officiant, and they will handle the rest.
