My pricing is competitive. I offer group discounts. When communicating I ask questions that help me assess an estimate that makes sense. There are no hidden fees.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will investigate what they need to ensure I provide the correct services. I want to ensure I meet or exceed expectations. We discuss what is needed and the time frame/addresses etc. Once we agree on what is needed I provide an estimate and payment details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified through the National Notary Association. I am certified in Maryland. I am both a Mobile and Remote Notary.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began my Notary career while working for several local banks.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have assisted many customers with various needs. I have assisted customers in the hospitals, hospice, nursing homes, schools, prisons, and of course homes.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Take your time. Make sure you understand what you need and what is involved.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Again, take your time. Review your paperwork and understand what the Notary can and can't do. Make sure your Notary is experienced. Look for a Notary that provides good customer service-since your needs come first!
