What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I don't believe that having a Wedding planner is only for the Rich and Famous. I can help you save way more then I charge and still have an amazing event. I set my fees for the average couple.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet the couple at the Venue if possible, to get a feel for their tastes. Typically, we will go for coffee or a bite to eat after and get to know each other while brainstorming. other times, the entire transaction is done via email and phone calls. I'm flexible on things.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been a part of over 900 Weddings in a wide variety of Venues. I've learned that nothing takes the place of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was asked by a neighbor over 35 years ago to help with a Wedding he was catering. it was amazing and I was hooked. I love helping couples make their dream a reality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with every type couple imaginable, and enjoyed every minute of it.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I've done several amazing Weddings this Spring. I can't say I have a favorite because they have all been so wonderful. We've added some new options for our couples and I have really enjoyed the "Glass Ceremony" that we have recently added as well as our "Dancing on Clouds".

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

This is a day about both of you, don't let others thoughts and opinions distract from that. Make sure your team knows your wants and even more importantly what you don't want. Be open to suggestions, we've got some great ideasl
