My name is Paul. I am a romantic at heart and so I want to see your life filled with romance and love. I became a wedding officiant so I can be part of that incredible moment when two people begin their life together. I can perform Christian, non-denominational, and non-religious ceremonies. For an additional fee, I can also provide you with an original poem written just for your special day. I do not speak Spanish. I want to assist you in making your dream wedding come true. It can be anything from simple and traditional to something that is personal and unique. The initial consultation can be by phone or video conference via Zoom. I want to learn more about the two of you and your story prior to putting together the ceremony to ensure I include your wishes and the ceremony meets your expectations. Together, we can create the wedding ceremony of your dreams. I know how stressful your wedding planning can be and I would like to make the choice of a wedding officiant stress free. I will be available to you by phone and email as needed. Although I only speak a little mandarin, I can have a translator to work alongside me that can speak both mandarin and Cantonese. This translator service is an additional charge, which would approximately $125.00. I can provide a Bluetooth speaker for the small/intimate weddings for those smaller venues with no music. I provide this for free as I want you to have a memorable and romantic ceremony and music adds another level of romance to your special day. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My price include a 1 hour zoom or phone sessions to get to know you and you to know me and to work on planning your wonderful day. I will work with your to make the wedding script exactly to your liking, afterall this is your day. You will have my phone and email so you may contact me whenever needed. I will arrive to your ceremony early. If I need to attend a rehearsal I do charge an additional $100.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I would have an initial consultation and once we agree to move forward I would provide a contract that needs to be signed and deposit made. I will work with my clients to ensure they have the perfect wedding ceremony. I will provide you with my phone and email so you can contact me as needed. Together I will get to know you as the couple and we will work together to develop the wedding ceremony of your dreams.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My work as project manager helps me with time management and understand the importance of your wedding and the need to follow every detail.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I did a friends wedding and I am truly a romantic and want to be part of your special day. I will do everything I can to ensure you have the perfect wedding.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Many different people and many personalities. I love to work with people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I had a wonderful interview with a lovely couple with a non denominational ceremony. I could not find just the right poem for this couple and so I wrote my own poem which is now part of their wedding.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your due diligence. Make sure you will get the attention you need to make your perfect wedding.

Here are questions I will ask you. 1. What Is the date, time and location of your wedding? 2. How did you meet? Tell me about your relationship. What do you like to do together? 3. How many guests do you expect at your wedding? 4. How many people are in your wedding party? 5. Will there be children in your wedding party? 6. Is there anything atypical about your wedding party? 7. Who will escort the bride down the aisle? Do you want to be give away or presented in marriage? 8. Do you want to write your own vows? Do you want to repeat after me or just say "I do." 9. Do you want a unity ceremony? 10. What type of ceremony do you want? Religious, non-religious, something in the middle? 11. Will there be anyone participating in your wedding Readers? Performers? 12. Is there anything you must have in your ceremony? 13. Is there anything you definitely do not want in your ceremony? 14. Is there a theme to your wedding? Anything interesting? 15. Are your parents still married? Remarried? Do they get along? 16. Are your grandparents still living? Will they be in attendance? 17.
