Here is a list of services and their prices that we normally provide: Basic Mobile Service: Per Notarized Signature - $12 Travel Fee: 0-20 miles - $20 per way 20-30 miles - $30 per way 30-40 miles - $40 per way Wedding Ceremony: $350 (Bilingual services - English/ Spanish offered) Basic Loan Signings: Seller Package - $275+ Buyer, Reverse, & Refinances - $275+ (Includes Printing up to 150 pages)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My biggest goal is to make clients feel welcome and comfortable. My typical process is to ask what type of document that needs notarization, how many people are signing the document, what's required for notarization and explain the fees associated with the job, such as the fees for the notarization and travel fees. I listen to the client to gain clear expectations. After a price is agreed upon, I travel to whatever address the client needs me to come to. I’m willing to print documents for the client if needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have completed training certifications and I engage in continuing education with the National Notary Association to stay on top of laws and regulations to better serve customer needs. I am an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I began doing this type of work while working for a company that handled these types of matters. I obtained my notary commission to earn extra income. As for the ministry part of business I enjoy being able to provide a service that joins two people together. I'm just happy to have the opportunity to serve the community that I live in!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Mortgage Companies, Title Companies, Attorney offices, Real Estate Agents, Insurance Agents, Senior Living Communities, and Individual Customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Depending on the number of signatures and the complexity of the documents, it normally takes less than 30 minutes. I recently worked with an 80 year old lady here in West Palm Beach. She had a lot of documents that needed notarizing and although it was late in the evening and the chore of signings all these documents seemed a little exhausting/daunting she was just an absolute joy to be around and we made it work!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Find someone who you feel comfortable discussing your personal information with and who you feel cares about your needs and desires. Ask them about their experience, and if you have something you feel makes your matter unique, bring it up to make sure they understand and can adequately help you with it. A pro’s reviews are very important!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should think about the number of signatures that need notarizing and that will give them an estimate of then Notary's fees. Also, the customers should also consider the Notary's travel fee.
