What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically potential customers contact me to provide a quote for the service that they are in need of. I then review the necessary information provided and send a quote along with an introduction letter and wait for an initial response. After being hired for the particular job, we begin planning the service together and have the ability to answer questions and edit the quote and special details as needed. I always work closely one on-one with the new client to meet the requirements agreed upon.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I wanted to do something in a customer service feild that was changeling and rewarding. I felt I could accomplish this by being a Notary. I fell in love with officiating weddings immediately after my first job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently performed a wedding in St. Augustine, FL. A couple was looking for a romantic spot and chose one of my favorite spots, under the "Love Tree" It was a small but intimate ceremony that took about an hour which included all the paper work and the ceremony.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone that can meet all your needs. Including but not limited to: officiating the ceremony, filling out the required forms, filing the paperwork if needed, providing any special props (like an archway), providing different samples of vows, suggestions on locations to hold the wedding and providing a professional photographer as needed.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The type of wedding ceremony. Where they would like to have the wedding. How much they have to spend towards the wedding including all the extras. Talking with a professional that can make suggestions will make the decision making process easier.
