What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$350 fee, Includes meetings through Zoom FaceTime or in person with me to get to know you, provide samples of weddings and collaborating with you on the wedding service. I have 5 Stars on all my reviews. If I need to travel by Uber in Chicago there will be an additional $50 fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Meeting with couple in person or via zoom to find out what type of wedding they would like and getting to know the couple, bringing or emailing samples of wedding ceremonies and vows.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I hold a Masters in Theology at Southern Methodist University in Dallas and a Masters in Fine Arts from University of South Carolina. I have taken graduate courses at Garrett School of Theology at Northwestern. I have served churches in Texas and Illinois. My last position was Senior Minister at Edison Park UMC in Chicago. I am an ordained United Methodist Minister.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Been involved in the church and theater since I was 15 years old. Ordained in United Methodist Church and hold a Masters Degree in Theology and a Masters in Fine Arts Acting.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I wrote directed and produced a play about the Lost Boys of South Sudan and raised $10,000 for Lost Boys: Rebuilding Southern Sudan. I also have produced a play on Gun Violence in the schoos called Bang Bang You’re Dead. I am a professional actor and recently performed in Grand Hotel The Musical for Kokandy Productions, Flower of Hawaii for Folks Operetta, and will be seen in Sunset Blvd the Musical at Porchlight Theater.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

FInd someone who listens to your ideas and concerns because it is your wedding not the parents or a friends wedding. But your wedding. Be sure they provide what you ask for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

I love writing, directing, and producing plays that raise money for nonprofits who help the poor in third world countries. The couple should decide which sample they would like to use and additions (sayings quotes personal vows and or formal vows) or excluding some items in the sample.
