Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing starts at $200. For in person wedding ceremonies prices varies depending on location

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to meet my clients in person if possible. If my clients are not able to meet in person they are welcome to contact me via e-mail, or my direct number (text messages is also welcomed) and lastly via Skype using my email address. I like to get to know and learn how the couple meet. It is important for me to be able to understand the couples wants and needs to perform the perfect ceremony. I give the couples examples of ceremonies of which they can choose from. If a couple wants a poem or a bible verse included in their ceremony but don't know where to start I can also provide those examples for them. From there I can customize the wedding to the couples liking.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have a Bachelors Degree in business management from Robert Morris University. I also have been translating in Spanish for the past 14 years in a therapeutic day school for disabled students.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
A dear friend of mine who is also an Officiant needed my services in translating a bilingual wedding. After that I became inspired to help create a dream wedding and to make sure I make a positive impact in my clients lives.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with all types of customers. Love has no boundaries!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I am extremely proud of my last project because the bride contacted me for a ceremony that was to be held in less than two days! Her fiancé is in the Navy and was only going to be in town for only 5 hours. Time was against us! I got the ceremony done the following morning after she contacted me. She was so nervous that her fiancé would not make it back in time to check in with his Sargent, so she started to make changes as she was on her way to the actual ceremony. At the end, I was able to giver her everything she wanted and more! I even got a couple of tears from the groom!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I encourage customers to be as detailed as they want to be. Don't be afraid to express what you want and don't want in your ceremony! It's ok to say "no" if you are not comfortable with something.
