What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After initial contact, I will meet with the engaged couple to get to know them, and for at least one session of pre-marital counseling. Together we will plan their marriage service.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Masters of Divinity from Wesley Theological Seminary. Ordained for 40 years in the United Methodist Church and have performed hundreds of weddings.

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types of people. I am very tolerant of all people.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Realize that a minister such as myself, who is true to their faith, cannot ordinarily do a Wedding Service on short notice. At least one pre-wedding session is necessary in almost all circumstances. For short notice weddings, you are better off going to a justice of the peace.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are they open to a progressive Christian ceremony? I will not take requests that say, "No mention of God," but I am open to discussing that issue.
