Consultation: I will respond promptly to discuss your vision for the ceremony. This can be done over the phone, via email, or in person (depending on your preference). During this time, I’ll gather details like your ceremony style, any specific traditions or vows, and how you’d like the script to be personalized. Booking & Payment: Once we’ve confirmed the details, $200 fee will be agreed upon for the ceremony. Travel fees apply if you're located over 30 miles from Rochester. Full payment will be due after the ceremony is completed. Personalized Script Creation: I will create a custom script for your ceremony that reflects your story, preferences, and any special requests you have. We will have a final review of the script to ensure it’s perfect for your big day. Pre-Ceremony Communication: I’ll check in with you a few days before the ceremony to confirm the details and logistics (location, time, etc.). I will be available to answer any last-minute questions or concerns. The Ceremony: On your wedding day, I’ll arrive early, conduct the ceremony, and ensure everything goes smoothly. I will provide a keepsake copy of your vows and handle the legal paperwork (marriage license). Post-Ceremony: I will deliver your marriage license to the County Clerk’s office for official filing. I’ll follow up to ensure you have everything you need and that the process was to your satisfaction.

Recently, I officiated a couples 2nd marriage who wanted to included their young children. We surprised the kids asking them to step forward and I read a very short vow to them with their response “I Will”. The children felt included and special on their parents special day.
