What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will work with your budget and offer a sliding scale. There is a discount if your ceremony occurs at my office in Ypsilanti. I can provide witnesses for a small additional fee.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I first became an officiant to help marry LGBTQ+ couples when same-sex marriage first became legal, and was proud to officiate the first same-sex wedding in Washtenaw County on the day of the Obergefeld Decision in 2015

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with straight, gay, lesbian, trans, and nonbinary couples for a wide array of ceremonies. I can provide a quick "signing ceremony" to fill out the paperwork (perfect if you need to get married for practical reasons but plan a more traditional wedding later) or a full wedding ceremony, and everything in between!
