It's been a pleasure working with couples to create their perfect ceremony, as I hope you will see from my reviews. Also, the price I quote is all-inclusive, so there are no additional fees for additional parts of the ceremony. From simple Elopements, or a Ceremony for a small gathering, or more elaborate Weddings, I would be honored to officiate. And it's been wonderful to be designated as a Thumbtack Top Pro! I love what I do as it's a pleasure to help couples, of all ages, create a Wedding Ceremony that is both meaningful and affordable. I truly enjoy finding the right words for each couple. And, I can add some personalization, if desired, that is unique to each couple. Above all, I want every couple to enjoy the process as they look forward to their special day!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

At Affordable Weddings and More, my price is all-inclusive. No additional fees for extra parts of your ceremony. Wedding costs can add up, and your ceremony does not have to be expensive. But it can be beautiful and meaningful - and just what you desire!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once my quote is received, the Thumbtack messaging system is a great way to ask any questions. Also, I always include my phone number and email, so if texting or emailing works for you initially, that's fine. A short phone conversation to discuss your plans would be the next step.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been involved in public speaking since I was a teenager. Your wedding will be a heartfelt celebration of your love, not a boring monologue. I'm pleased to have received numerous compliments from happy couples and their families regarding their unique wedding ceremonies.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

A dear friend, who knew of my speaking skills, asked if I would be her back-up, and I was happy to help her out. I became Ordained and did my research. Soon after, a friend of mine asked if I would officiate her wedding! And I've been busy performing weddings, ever since! I truly LOVE what I do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with everyone! And it's an honor for me to be of service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Every wedding is special and unique. I like to have couples review what I have written, so there are no surprises on the wedding day. Also, I'm told I have a calming influence on couples, especially when there can be so many details to coordinate on a wedding day! I'm happy to put couples at ease, when they may be nervous standing up in front of a small or large group.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure you know what is included in the quote. Will you be able to review the completed ceremony before the wedding? Will you receive a copy of your Ceremony? Is there an additional cost? If you decide to add something later, or have a rehearsal, will there be an additional cost???

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Have a general idea of what you desire, but know it should be no problem to change/add things as it gets closer to the wedding date.
