Introduction

Congratulations on your wedding. I, along with all the others, want to help you have a memorable day Yes, I do Weddings, AND Baptisms AND Celebrations of Life! If my profile shows up, that means I am available. My prices are a reflection of the 300+ Weddings, I've performed, over 300 Weddings here just on Thumbtack !!!! (plus lots more with Referrals and other websites) I have done 200+guests as well as the 5 person weddings (Officiant, Bride and Groom, 2 Witnesses), backyard, Boat, park's, prisons, K-1 visa weddings etc. I would love to help you with your wedding. I can do last minute weddings and have done a number of them where other officiants have not shown up. So I get the call. As long as you have the license I'm good to go. With A few days notice I do write a personalized wedding ceremony. Nothing canned or memorized. We talk. I find out details about the 2 of you and then get to writing after that. Let's talk about your wedding and get the details on paper. Just request me, but please understand all officiants get charged a fee when you request a quote. We all want to talk with you since we get charged. We are not shy. We love talking to you. I believe all of us are LBGTQ+ friendly. We will do outside or inside weddings. Most of us know the park's, venues, etc. If the wedding is far away don't be surprised if we ask for a larger fee as we have expenses too.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Pricing is very flexible. It depends on the complexity of the Ceremony and the location.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to meet, go over what the couple wishes, and then work out the details after that.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
73 years of Life, multiple weddings, and a sincere desire to help people get married. Since Clergy don't like to go outside the Church Building, I have stepped in to help couples get married, whether it's a backyard, Prison Visiting room, or where ever they desire.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
2 or 3 of us were going to start our own business. The other 2 dropped out, and I went ahead on my own, setting up my business, getting licensed, and it has been great fun.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Various couples, and one Family that needed a Christening. That was so much fun, I have added that to my list of ceremonies I love to do.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Talk with everyone first, and find someone that you "click" with. That's very important for your "Day".

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Where, When, Budget, Ceremony desired. Number of Guests. All those will help you as you start on the process.
