How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have worked in the food and beverage industry since I was 14. I started in a local small business malt shop. I made my mind up that food and beverage was my jam, and I have been doing it ever since. I moved up the ladder on a fast track after I was old enough to serve alcohol. It has provided me with many amazing opportunities ities like teaching, traveling, and meeting so many fabulous people!

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with any kind of person that you can imagine. Intimate settings, loud grungy settings, elegant events (weddings), large service gigs, auctions, showcases, concerts, house parties, you name it! I have also bartended internationally in parts of Southeast Asia and taught hospitality/bartending for a short time in Vietnam.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently worked with an amazing couple who hosted their wedding in August. We had an amazing time designing their cocktail menu, hosting a cocktail tasting dinner party, and we topped it off with an espresso martini tower. What I enjoyed most about working with this couple was their intentional ideas and open communication that really catalyzed our collaboration to make their vision for their wedding day a memorable reality!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I advise you to choose me! ;) Be picky and utilize consultations.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Have an idea on a budget. Make a list of "want" and "must-have" ideas for your event. Must ideas are attainable, but it is important to narrow down on things you're willing or not willing to bend. You can save money by having me shop for you, while the drinks and service will be top notch for you and your guests! Together we can tailor an event for your special occassion.
