Conducting marriages in North Carolina, I have solemnized beautiful weddings in Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Florida, I am also a champion public speaker and popular community theater actor., and I speak French. Congratulations! I'm an ordained nondenominational Christian minister, not with an online "ordination," which isn't legally valid for performing weddings in North Carolina anyway. I perform both non-religious and religious weddings, and I've officiated at over 2000 marriage ceremonies, so I have plenty of experience in what makes the perfect ceremony. Having spent years working in radio, I have a voice folks enjoy hearing, and one that never needs a microphone to be heard. My writing skills have always been praised for custom crafting ceremonies to fit the exact needs of the moment and the precise wishes of my clients. Also, I've spent time acting on the stage, so I know a lot about how to speak with style and grace without upstaging the two real stars of the show--the couple getting married! I perform weddings in Spanish, Portuguese, German and French, and I've performed portions of ceremonies in ten other languages. I don't offer any packages or discounts, as I think straightforward pricing is the best. My base fee is $275 for a weekday wedding ceremony in the Charlotte area, with fees higher for Friday and weekend afternoons. This fee doesn't include a rehearsal, but if you wish to hire me to "run" your rehearsal I'll be happy to assist. My job is all about helping people find even more joy in what should be one of the very happiest days of their lives. I reduce stress, solve problems, and find answers.
