What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices start at $200. Custom packages are available.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After a 15-minute introductory call, I will send a contract to confirm our agreement. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the fee is due to hold the ceremony date. Once the deposit is received, I will set a 30-minute call with the couple to discuss the ceremony. The couple is allowed two revisions to the ceremony script in the initial fee. Any further revisions are subject to a $50 per change fee. If revisions are requested within 10 days of the ceremony ( even if the two revisions have not been used), an additional fee of $50 will be assessed. I will arrive 1 hour before the ceremony and check in with the coordinator, bride, groom, and family. After the ceremony, I will ensure proper execution of the marriage license and provide a copy of the completed marriage license and ceremony script to the couple.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Megan Marries was formed out of love. In January 2025, I had the honor of officiating a close friend's wedding. Being a small part of their special day filled me with overwhelming joy and love. Less than two months later, I was asked to step in at the last minute to marry a lovely couple. This experience reminded me of the purity of love, and I knew I wanted to do this for as many people as possible. And just like that, 'Megan Marries' was born. I am a registered notary public in the State of South Carolina and an ordained minister. When I’m not officiating weddings, I work as an attorney. I also enjoy spending time with my family and reading books, and I am an OCB Figure Pro Bodybuilder.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I married a great couple less than 24 hours before their wedding. I never had the opportunity to meet the bride or groom in person prior to the ceremony,, but through a few emails and a phone call, I learned so much. I put together a beautiful and memorable ceremony filled with smiles, tears, and lots of laughs.
