Matrimony by Mimi offers a personal touch to the most important day of your life (except the birth of your children, of course). I have done First marriages, Second marriages and Renewal of Vows ceremonies. I will gladly meet with prospective couples in person or over FaceTime if they so desire before they decide to hire me. Matrimony by Mimi was started because my niece asked me to officiate her wedding, little did I know it would spark a passion within me to be the first step in creating new families.

The cost is $250 and it includes a one on one consultation with you and your fiancé and officiating your wedding with a customized, unique & memorable ceremony. I can also help you with the flow of your ceremony, the writing of your vows, and any questions you may have about obtaining a Marriage License in the State of MA or NH. I would be happy to speak or meet with you & your fiancé to discuss any other questions or concerns you might have. In 2012, my niece asked me to perform her wedding. I really enjoyed the experience and have been hooked ever since. I am passionate about bringing warmth, magic and humor to the day. Whether you are having a small elopement or a full ceremony with 200 guests, I have the expertise to handle any situation. I love adding the personal touch of writing the story of your relationship based on a questionnaire I send to both of you individually. During our initial conversation, I will lay out a traditional wedding sequence and go over any extras that might interest you. I will listen to your vision and then craft the perfect script for your approval. If desired, I will be present at the rehearsal and guide everyone through their part in the ceremony. I will always be available for questions, information or advice.

Over 30 years as an ordained pastor in the United Methodist Church, currently residing in Wells, Maine. I am open-minded and flexible. I have officiated at many, many weddings over those years. The price quoted covers two pre-wedding meetings, any travel expenses, wedding ceremony, and rehearsal if needed. I look forward to hearing from you!
