With that courageous and vulnerable act, you have already opened the door to find a way through. I am a Protestant minister with extensive experience in supporting couples and myself through some very difficult and dark times. The theology that I hold is reserved for my own inner process and is not imposed upon those I serve. Rather I meet you where you may be mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I am not a Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Therapist. My particular strength is in emotional intelligence which offers practical tools and exercises to nurture the relationship to stability and trust. By exploring the inner workings of your emotions, we can begin to construct a realistic value system for you to work within.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I base my quote upon the location of the ceremony and whether the couple wants my participation in the rehearsal. I don't have a standard fee but I am sensitive to the couple's financial needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I understand that I am at the service of the couple. The ceremony needs to be a reflection of their love and relationship. To this end, I will happily adjust the wording of the ceremony to meet their wishes and honor any rituals they want to include.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a bilingual (Spanish) Unity minister with 25 years of experience and hundreds of ceremonies to be proud of. My intention in each ceremony is to allow the power of your collective love to inspire, not only the couple but all those present as well.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have been doing wedding since my ordination in 1991. I started by offering wedding within my congregation.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
All types of people, religions, rituals, locations, bilingual, and sexual orientation. I am still waiting for the skydiving or scuba diving wedding invitation.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
It is important that the couple finds someone with whom they resonate. This is a life-long commitment and the bond between minister and couple is sealed in the ceremony. The chemistry needs to be right.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Questions about flexibility and willingness to accommodate the desires of the couple.
