Introduction

I am fully Covid Vaccinated. Loving what I do has allowed my ability and ease at connecting with individuals to make them genuinely comfortable. Providing a service to their liking and satisfaction is a gift acquired over years of working with many couples. Many people today have more of a Spiritual Side than a Religious Life. They want more about love and other couples like to add some of the older traditions. Combining a little bit of everything keeps all families happy. Most of all Making couples and their Multiple families feel at ease and comfortable and that to me is what Ministry life should be about! Working with couples to orchestrate their wedding has become a delight in my life. I have a wonderful over 30 year marriage because someone took the time with us to help us evolve. I love doing the same for other couples. I enjoy walking them step by step through their wedding ceremonies. Having parents and grandparents from all different cultures compliment the ceremony their children helped design offers much enjoyment as well. The wonderful expressions on the faces of the parents and grandparents when their children thank & acknowledge them in the ceremony. I was raised and married Catholic so I tend to bring a bit of Ministry and combine traditions to satisfy all combinations. Most families have no idea what to expect from a non-denominational ceremony and are pleased with the choices especially once we meet. I encourage parents especially to freely ask me any questions they have. By being Unique, Flexible & Passionate about what I do. Example: I give each couple a Gift of a Framable Wedding Certificate as a remembrance of their special day.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

50% down holds your date and time Also I send out first draft of ceremony Balance due first of month before your wedding month Example: August wedding balance due July 1. Additional Miles outside the area (over 50 miles) such as in the Finger Lakes Winery Weddings or Buffalo area just add 40.00 for Gas only no travel time charge and if (over 75 miles) away add 65.00. If Rehearsal required that is also additional $40.00/$65.00 gas charge plus fee. thank you

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We set a mutual agreed upon time to meet. Go over ideas of what is expected and desired for your personal ceremony Read some of past ceremonies Make a plan that satisfies your dream wedding

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Running my own business with employees, interacting with customers & clients as well as Speaking Engagements offers the confidence to you the Bride & Groom that I am there to make your day comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. I am always searching great readings and poetry for choices in ceremonies. I offer ideas so each wedding ceremony has something unique to the couple. If you can't tell, I love what I do!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I became an ordained minister as a favor to someone near and dear to me. What happened was I found I enjoyed the process and chose to pursue this as an addition to my health & coaching practice. I truly love performing weddings.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Non-denominational - yet spiritual ceremony - some quick and others more in-depth with readings and joining ceremonies customized with their own vows, readings and unity ceremonies that include everyone, crowning, hand wrapping, God's Knot, argument box, wine ceremony...you want it, we will figure it out!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Outdoor wedding in October - Making sure the wedding party was part of the ceremony and not just standing aside. They were all witnesses. Family participation and getting them to the pictures before the rain drops fell. I offer a lot more orchestration then the typical minister. There are many things other Ceremony Hosts do not allow. It is your day and should be your way!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you feel comfortable right away with the Minister you choose to perform something so important to your life, relationship and memories. Know that they feel comfortable with things that come up last minute. That person is capable of keeping you calm and in the moment.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

If your Minister will help with more than just the ceremony. Many will not help with how the ceremony is orchestrated or how everyone stands or walks down the isle, holds their hands and creates that comfort zone that they are performing their very best for you. I am a Minister that has done so many that I do encourage couples to utilize me at their rehearsals. It would be less expensive than a wedding co-ordinator. Orchestration and/or rehearsal fee is $95.00. You may find it well worth it and you take one more responsibility away from yourself. Keep your mind free and enjoy your ceremony.
