What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

A typical ceremony depends on the day and time of the ceremony, distance I have to travel, and if there is a rehearsal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If selected, first I will send out a contract, going over my responsibilities as your officiant and invoice. Second step is sending out sample scripts, and setting up appointment via phone, or video call to work on the perfect script. Last but not least, is our virtual meet and greet where we finalize the script and all ceremony details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Ordained minister. Registered with the NYC CLERKS OFFICE to officiate weddings.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

After getting ordained, I officiated a friend's vow renewal. I was told what an excellent job I did, so I registered with the city and here we are. 🙂

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all types of couples. Gay, straight, religious, non religious. My job is to make all of my couples happy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am proud off all of my projects. Every couple is unique and once given the opportunity to work with them, I always exceeded expectations.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not wait to hire an officiant you like. They may book someone else for the same day and time. Please make sure your officiant is registered to perform weddings in NYC. Know exactly what you want, as far as the length, and content. Don't be afraid to ask questions. Most officiants would be happy to answer all questions and guide you.
