PJ is registered with the State of Ohio to Officiate Weddings. PJ also offers Notary services. There is no fee if I am performing your Ceremony. If you just require Notary Services a fee is involved. PJ does perform Elopement Ceremonies at her home, either on the back patio, or in front of the fireplace, or venue/park of your choice.
