What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is a non-refundable retainer fee of 50% of the total amount due required to book my services. The remaining amount is due upon my arrival to your event. Charges are based on a flat rate. Cash, Venmo, Thumbtack Payout Account, PayPal, Debit and Stripe are accepted. Sorry, no checks accepted.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Communication is the most important part of this job. I make myself readily available to my customers. I can be reached anytime via phone call or text.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

More than 18 years experience planning and executing events, four years as Lead Wedding Planner at Wilson Creek Winery in Temecula. Outstanding reviews on Yelp, Wedding Wire and Thumbtack from many happy clients. Six years as Director of Sales and Special Events with Live Nation Entertainment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in the hospitality business to pay for college. I believe it was the best decision I've ever made.

What types of customers have you worked with?

An amazing collection of customers! From coordinating multi-cultural weddings to officiating many kinds of ceremonies of all denominations for anyone who wants to tie the knot.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I planned and executed large Naturalization Ceremonies at our venue. These events had a lot of moving parts including coordinating government, homeland security and local law enforcement entities. Following strict protocols and security guidelines all while providing a flawless event experience was key. Proud and happy with this achievement. More than 3,000 people became U.S. Citizens!

Your professional has passed an extensive background check, is licensed and reputable. Accept no less when considering who will be at your special occasion.
