For Notary Appointments: -Notary fees vary depending on the type of notarization, the number of signers, the number of notarizations needed per signer/per document. How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I became a part-time Notary just to be able to assist others with their general notary needs. A lot of places were closed after hours, and by me being a Mobile Notary, I offered flexibility and was able to assist clients on an as-needed basis. As time went on and training became available for other services, I have since added the following to my list of services: Wedding Officiant, I-9 Verification, Mobile Fingerprinting (Ink Card), and Exam Proctoring. *All of my services are Mobile

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with customers that needed notarizations for documents such as: pre-planned burial contracts, durable and medical power of attorney, housing verification, birth and death certificate applications, vehicle title transfers and verification, guardianship, beneficiaries of wills and estates, school documents, mortgage documents, adoptions, warranty deeds. I've also become Ordained and am able to officiate weddings, including elopements, vow renewals, sign and go ceremonies, and commitment ceremonies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
In addition to the types of customers I've worked with as a Notary, I also worked with a group of Lawyers and law students from Texas Southern University's School of Law. They hosted a Will and Estate Clinic. I spent a full day networking and notarizing documents for their clients. It was a very interesting and rewarding experience. I look forward to doing more of those in the near future.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
To look for a provider with industry knowledge and experience, availability, one that is most trustworthy and reliable. See if you can get a referral from someone you know personally that have already used their services. Google and read reviews, and definitely don't hesitate to leave a review regarding the services received. Reviews are a big part of my profile, and they are what help me meet great customers like you.
