What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

-My fee is fixed at a certain rate for travel and time not including signature. -I charge $12 for the first signature and $ 2 for each additional signature. - do have an additional fee for travel.Contact me to learn more information. -I'm an ordained Minister. For Wedding Officiant services my fee is set, (Includes travel, brief meeting by phone or virtual if needed).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First: We will connect, we will talk by phone and or email. The document to be notarized will be determined. Second: We will agree upon a location to meet. Preferably a public place for the ease of mind of both parties. However, I'm flexible and we can discuss. Third: The payment for the service and acceptable form of payment will be established. Wedding Officiant Services -I generally meet with the couple by phone or video chat. -Ascertain the type of ceremony needed (brief, detailed, time, date,). -Discuss fee schedule -Agree to the date and time of ceremony.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

-AA Pre-Dentistry. -BA in Corporate Communications. -30+ years in active ministry -20+ years Sales, Luxury Sales Client Advisor, Merchandising & Management etc. -9+ years website master/management

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started notary signing work to assist people in handling important documents with less stress and with as much professional, friendly service as possible. I understand how important it is not to waste people's time and at the same time have customers feel valued and appreciated for their business.
