Just to have the document ready plus ID or some valid Identification ( Driver license, passport..)

Texas Secretary of State - Notary Public - training completed Notary Essentials course certified by National Notary Association Signing Agent certification by National Notary Association Ordained Wedding Officiant

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I did get started 2 years ago when we all experimented the crisis of a Pandemic. After isolation period the need of Notaries on the road was imperative, many people could not get back to 'normal' life. Therefore, I decided to help my community and my self at the same time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Public in general that needs a document notarized. Real Estate closings documents: Title companies - Escrow offices- Lawyer's offices

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Set of documents with: - Power of Attorney - Medical Power of Attorney - Special Warranty Deed - Last Will The process of signing, took 45 minutes because 2 witness signatures were included.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please, verify if the documents is fill out , not blank spaces. Please, verify that ID is valid, not expired.

Does a Notary Public have experience and knowledge for the act of notarization?
