What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

As Notaries we can only charge up to the state set rates for notarizations. Our time and travel distance is up to the individual Notary to decide.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

As a Notary, I cannot and will not give legal advice because I’m not an attorney. I will give you options on acknowledgements or jurats. I will not use my stamp to make a dollar when I know ethically something is wrong.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I continue to educate myself for my clients by attending National Notary Association events and conferences yearly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I love helping people, especially the older bed ridden clients.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We pride ourselves on providing Professional and stellar service to everyone. We meet you where you are whether it’s in your home, business, hospital or correctional facility.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently completed a family gathering for Estate Planning purposes. Entire family of 15 needed Power of Attorneys, Wills and Living Trusts notarized. It was great spending time with this fun bunch of folks!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Educate yourself on documents downloaded from the internet. I am here to Notarize your signature on documents. I am not a lawyer and will not give legal advice.
