Introduction

Check out my 5 Star reviews! I offer unlimited meetings/calls/texts/skype until we get your ceremony just right. I am a licensed and ordained Christian minister in the State of Texas and I love what I do! Whether it’s in a vineyard, a church, a B&B... whatever the venue, your special day will be amazing. Besides the wedding, I also offer pre-marital counseling, rehearsal and even answering post-wedding marital questions. (I've also done a number of bi- and tri-lingual weddings with an interpreter) I love being a part of a couple's love story. I believe that marriage is one of the greatest blessings of life. (I've been married to my best friend since 1993) This is my chance to get to know a couple and help them express their devotion to each other before their family and friends.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
You can find more information on me and my pricing at txhillcountryweddings.net.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I will meet with anyone for an interview ahead of time. I would love to talk with you to see if I can help in any way with your special day!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I have been an ordained minister since 1993 and have officiated well over a hundred weddings in the USA and Europe.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
It is a natural part of my pastoral responsibilities.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with everyone from university students to young professionals, older couples and second marriages in a variety of settings and languages. I am very comfortable working with an interpreter.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Make sure you check references and arrange a time to meet with the prospective Wedding Officiant first. With my experience and the customized wedding ceremonies I offer, I could charge much more for my services. But I choose to offer my gifts in an affordable way.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
You should choose a Wedding Officiant that is experienced, has excellent references and is willing to meet with you for an interview before you hire him/her. If you don't feel comfortable with him/her, it's probably not going to be a good fit. I am looking for a win-win solution - couples that are as excited to work with me as I am to work with them.
