Introduction

UPDATED 6/7/25. PREVIOUS PROFILES CAN BE FOUND IN MY PHOTOS SECTION CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR BIG DAY!!!! I am here to help you have the wedding you want, and DESERVE, at an affordable price. I find that most couples have mostly the same questions; so I have copied and pasted a template of My Hiring Process here. I believe, and hope, that it will leave you with very few unanswered questions. If you do still have questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. Here's my hiring process (and other information): * MY TYPICAL fee is $300, but I currently have a "Website Launch Special," that includes my gift you you of HALF OFF!! Making your entire fee only $150 (Including the Save the Date Deposit of $100.) . That's the quote you should have received. (Unless otherwise specified due to the necessity for a flat travel fee. I ONLY add a flat, small travel fee if the ceremony is outside of the Counties which surround Salt Lake County, with the exception of extending through Weber County to the North.) * If you decide to hire me, I do have a $100 Save the Date Deposit, applicableto the $150 total. . * The remaining $50 can be paid at any point, but no later than the day of the Ceremony. (After the ceremony is fine, too.) * Currently, my Cashapp is the only app working. (Ever since I got a different phone, PayPal and Venmo are having issues due to not recognizing the device.) IF you don't have Cashapp, I'm more than happy to send you an "invitation link," which will give you a $5 or $10 bonus when using the link.) My Cashapp Cashtag will be provided upon request. * Once I receive the deposit, I will EMAIL , or text you a few different documents. What Happens After I Pay the Deposit? 1. A receipt 2. A contract ( this is for your reference only, so that you will know what I am Contracting to do for you. It's not something you need to sign and return 3. "Quick Facts" 4. A questionnaire that goes to both the bride and groom. (MY preference is that you each answer those and send them back to me BEFORE discussing what your answers were, with each other.) 5. When applicable, a Budget checklist and Wedding Planning Checklist, a Vendor Contact Information List, a Wedding Gift Thank You Note Tracker, Photography Moments, and a "Call Anyone But the Bride," to name a few. IN ADDITION I PROVIDE THESE THINGS AND MORE! * Upon your request, I provide "Couples Mentoring" at no charge. Not therapy, but a neutral third person for either of you to reach out to you if you're frustrated. Weddings can cause a great deal of stress or tension between the couple. And instead of confiding in family or friends who will remember that conflict until the day they die, especially long after the most of you have resolved and forgotten it, I provide a listening ear and I'm happy to give feedback and that information stays between us. * I arrive 30 minutes prior to start time, unless you request that I'm there sooner. Then, I absolutely WILL be there at the time you request. * I dress in the same colors as your bridal party, unless you'd like me to wear a different color; so please give me as much notice as possible what color you'd prefer. That's mostly the process, in a nutshell. Do you have any questions or would you like clarification on anything? ADDITIONAL HELPFUL INFORMATION: A. MOST couples do not know that they can get a license online, through Utah County. You can get married anywhere; it’s just a very convenient way to get the license. The link for that cannot be listed here, but will also be provided upon request. B. I DO have several “Wedding Items” that you may use, if you’d like. It would save you TONS of money by not having to purchase things that you would not use more than once. I have many items, including a gold circular arch, a Welcome to Our Wedding Sign (mirror) and the easel it goes on, a “Reserved for the Bride and Groom” sign for the head table; and much more! Before you spend money on something, please feel free to see if I have it, first. C. After I'm hired, I do ask that the couple texts me a few pics. They may include: At least one pic of them together, one of each partner alone, if possible, one of the wedding invitation, etc. Congratulations again! I hope I can have the honor of being a small part of YOUR BIG Day!!! Tracey 💕
