How I Got Started as a Notary I became a notary public because I wanted to offer a valuable and trusted service to my community. With a strong interest in legal processes and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism, I completed the necessary training and became certified in the state of Virginia. I now provide mobile notary services, helping individuals and businesses with essential document signings in a convenient and secure manner.

Completed Project: Real Estate Closing One of my most rewarding projects as a notary was completing a real estate closing for a first-time homebuyer. I provided mobile notary services and traveled to the client’s home to notarize the full loan document package, which included the deed of trust, promissory note, closing disclosure, and other essential documents. The entire process took approximately 90 minutes from start to finish. It was fulfilling to be a part of such an important milestone in the client’s life and to ensure that everything was signed and notarized correctly for a smooth closing.
